United States Naturopathic Institute

The United States Naturopathic Institute (USNI) was founded by Hallan N. D. Parker, for the teaching of all types of medical and allied therapeutics. The Institute was incorporated under an Act of Congress in the District of Columbia in 1921, as a perpetual non-profit corporation.

The College has been, since 1928, a branch of First National University of Naturopathy and Allied Sciences; America's only University of Natural Medicine.

USNI is a sister college to the renowned United States School of Naturopathy and Allied Sciences.

The College grants the degree of Doctor of Naturopathy (N.D.), Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine (N.M.D.), as well as the academic degrees of Bachelors (B.A. and B.S.), Masters (M.A. and M.S.) and Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.). By her congressional charter the college also has the right to grant the Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree, although this is not currently offered.

The college also grants the prestigious post-doctoral degrees of Philosopher of Medicine (Ph.M.).
